Recommended yarn: Sandnes Alpakka Silke (approx. 200 m/50 g), or any other yarn with the same gauge and meterage. I do not recommend mixed (heather mix) yarn for this pattern. If you choose a different kind of yarn, the cardigan might have another look.
Gauge: 27 sts x 38 rows in stockinette stitch on needle 3 mm = 10 x 10 cm
Buttons: (5) 5 (6) 7 (7) 8 pc.
The cardigan is knit bottom up. While the body is knit with the meadow rue pattern, the sleeves are knit in stockinette stitch. The neck line is shaped with short rows (German short rows). The garment might look a bit uneven and bumpy, but the stitches will relax, once the cardigan is washed and blocked.
