Head circumference: (43-47) 47-50 (50-52) 52-56 cm
Amount of yarn: 50 g Merino by Knitting for Olive (meterage 250 m/ 50 g) + 25 g Soft Silk Mohair by Knitting for Olive (meterage 225 m/25 g).
1 thread Merino together with 1 thread Soft Silk Mohair. Soft Silk Mohair can be replaced by Compatible Cashmere (watch out for size 4-8 years = 35 g Cashmere)
Recommended needles: Circular needle 3,5 mm (40 cm + possibly 60 cm), dpns 3,5 mm for smaller sizes
Gauge: 23 sts x 34 rows in stockinette stitch on needle 3,5 mm = 10 x 10 cm
Erantis Balaclava is first worked in stockinette stitch bottom up, before the collar is worked top down with the classic Erantis lace border. The neck is worked higher with short rows (here: German short rows). A ribbing is worked around the face opening with 2 threads Merino.
